We are a service-based business, and because of the significant investment in learning about your needs and building a custom website, refunds are limited. For monthly subscribers, refunds aren’t available at this time. For annual subscribers, we offer a partial refund before the final website draft is delivered, minus a setup fee, the first month, and a $100 cancellation fee.
